Plays include the recent world premiere of Radial Gradient at Shattered Globe Theatre, For Your Consideration produced by Moxie Arts NYC, VIRGINS: A Madonna Bootcamp produced by Jackalope Theatre Company, Showtime, Auntie written for APIDA at Goodman Theatre, Kids Club/Club Kids written for SERIALS by The Fled Collective, Gut Punch commissioned by AlterTheater Ensemble, Cancelled/Cancel Me supported by Ashland New Plays Festival New Voices, among others. Roman Sanchez

(he/him) is a Theatre Producer, Director, Educator and M.F.A. Candidate in Yale's Theatre Management program. Past and current affiliations include: Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Lime Arts Productions, Teatro Espejo, Dell'Arte Inc., California State Summer School for the Arts, Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, and others. He is also the author of Preparing For College Theatre: A Guide For Performers, Technicians, and Designers. He is a Kennedy Center National Arts Impact Award recipient, Herb Alpert Theatre recipient, and was one of American Theatre's "6 Theatre Practitioners You Should Know". He was a member of ArtEquity's BIPOC Leadership Circle and Theatre Producers of Color Cohort. Mikayla Stanley

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND DIRECTOR
(she/her) is a producer, actor, director, designer, teacher and puppeteer. Mikayla is co-artistic director and lead producer of Hit the Lights! Theater Co., an award-winning company created out of an artistic agreement to tell simple stories through unconventional ways. As the lead producer of Hit the Lights!, Mikayla has has worked in collaboration with Ars Nova (company-in-residence), La Mama, New Victory Theater, Dixon Place, Ritz Theater, Jungle Theater, Know Theater, Franklin Stage Company, Gimlet Festival, the NYC Fringe Festival, Port Fringe (Portland, ME), Minnesota Fringe, Cincinnati Fringe Festival, and others throughout the US. Victoria Pekel

ASSISTANT PRODUCER
(she/her) is currently finishing her sophomore year at Yale as a Theater and Performance Studies and Political Science double major. Some of her favorite roles she has played include Ned's stunt double in the recent Spiderman films and the actual yellow brick road in The Wizard of Oz. Beyond her love for theater, Victoria has a deep passion for music—especially Prince (who was also from her hometown in the Twin Cities, Minnesota). She always enjoys a good book, will do her best to beat anyone in a game of basketball, and loves anything peanut butter.
